I really had no idea what the title of the song is. Just another case of last song syndrome. So I went back to Cebu and I still havent found out the title. When I related to my friend Promise the funny incident, she said its Unwritten though she's not so sure of the artist. Armed with that information, I searched the internet and not only found out who the artist is (Natasha Bedingfield) but also the lyrics, I even downloaded the mp3 file. Hehehe. Thanks to Promise and Google I can now answer Doydoy just in case he asks me again.

PANDANON - island getaway.

Wow. Amazing

We went to this little island last Sunday for our team building and I have to say.. the place was just amazing. Getting there was a bit drag though- an hour and a half by boat from our jump off point somewhere in Mactan Island. From what I gathered from my endless research on the internet, Pandanon Island is not part of Cebu province but under Bohol's jurisdiction. Upon reaching the island though, we totally forgot our frustrations about the travel. It was sooo worth it. We had the island to ourselves at first although later on some Korean tourists came along too, but they didnt bother us except for the time when raymond was grilling those yummy slabs of pork belly :p. Probably they cant resist the mouth-watering aroma so they keep on looking at what Raymond's cooking.

So there, getting back to my blabbers at how beautiful the place is, the island also features a quaint little chapel. Hmmm..a perfect setting for a perfect wedding. The island also boasts an endless sandbar where we had a great time taking pictures of the aqua blue waters, the pristine white sand and of course, pwede bang wala kaming pics? We really had a blast having our pictures taken especially those jump shots. Gaaaaahh. Even Chesca, Raymond and Win could not resist. I could not count how many times we had to jump and leap and then bounce and dive and then jump some more just to capture that perfect jump shot. Nadrain lagi ang battery sa cam, dah lagi. But oh boy, did we have a blast! Here are some of those perfect and not so perfect jump shots.

World AIDS Day.

Today we also celebrate World AIDS Day. And so I can at least contribute in spreading AIDS awareness and prevention, let me share some important facts about AIDS.

• AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome) is a collection of illnesses caused by HIV (human immunodeficiency virus), a virus that attacks the immune system.
• The first World AIDS Day was celebrated last December 1988 thus making today its 20th birthday.

• As of today 33.2 million people worldwide are HIV positive. 15 million of these are children under 15 years old.
  
• HIV cannot be passed through kissing, coughing, sneezing or spitting. Furthermore a person cannot be infected with HIV through toilet seats, swimming pools, or shared facilities or utensils.
  
• AIDS has no cure. They say that prevention is better than cure but in this case you really have no choice because there is no cure.

HIV prejudice is often the result of ignorance about how HIV is passed on and unfounded fear of becoming infected. So talking about HIV and finding out the facts can help. So spread the news, not the virus and help save lives.

December na

December 1 na. Yeeeyy. Now Christmas is really just around the corner. 24 days before the most wonderful time of the year. Well for me that is. There's just something about the month of December that makes me so...happy. In the true sense of the word :p December 1 definitely officially opens the season of giving and I cant wait to be part of it especially the giving and errr, the receiving of course.

mumbling dork.

Blogging is something I've been really addicted to lately. I know lost of bloggers have been doing this for years but Im sort of new to this thing. Yeah, I have so many blogs all over the cyberspace for a long time but I havent been able to maintain them. Just a post every month or so, really pathetic. Well, honestly I really have a hard time putting my thoughts into words. Even when Im trying to express them verbally my mouth cant keep up with my mind. I would like to think this is due to lack of confidence and not stupidity. So to cure this so called dork syndrome, I decided to be as expressive as I can be. Like speaking up in a discussion. Posting entries to my blog about whats going on with my boring life but mostly about what irritates, excites or makes me laugh. I try to be as candid as I can be,putting to words all the emotion that I feel at the moment though it may not be what Im feeling later.

And at the moment somebody is really annoying me.
Arrrgggghhh. Grabe nakakairita ang pagiging OA niya. Why do all the words that come out of that mouth have to be exaggerated?

I suppose this makes me more of a whiner than a blogger eh? :p

Inconsiderate or am i just too sensitive?
Maybe Im too demanding, expecting too much from people around me. Maybe its because I have such high standards that when somebody fails to meet my expectations I feel such disappointment. Maybe its because I also set the same high standards to myself. Heck im getting maudlin.

Himantayon ka ba? Hahaha. Nalingaw ko, as in. Naggoogle ko para sa plans namo nila Raymond nga road trip. So adto ko google then then typed in cebu road trip, I got a lot of results and most of them are blog entries. Click lang ko ug click ug tingali isa ka blog nga ako naadtuan nakalink ning Himantayon nga website, ug nacurious ko ug mao na to. I was caught. Hook, line and sinker. Isa pa naman ko ka dakong himantayon mao ganahan kaayo ko :p

I know I sound like a demented girl on top of being such a dork. I was browsing and surfing the net when I came across his blog. I dont think this unlimited access to the cyberspace will go on forever so might as well grab the chance :p. So then, I was browsing through multiply when I realized he does have an account there. Trying with all my damnedest to conjure up om mind the url add(kunwari lang) I finally remembered it. He's got a new profile pic. He actually looked kinda cute on that pic though a bit different without his glasses. And he's with a very pretty girl that I can only assume is his inamorata. Eeekk, what a word. I must admit though, the girl looks very charming and sweet. The latter being Naina's opinion. Yeah she saw the pic too. I actually showed it to her. Hahaha. I find it funny that I felt kilig when I saw them. Hehehe. Good to know he has an excellent taste in women. Now i figured...
